Chicken Pita Pockets

Ingredients
- 2 C. of cooked (cubed) chicken
- 1/2 C. of mayonnaise (low-fat works just as well)
- 1/2 C. of your favorite flavor of cream cheese
- 1/4 C. of diced fresh tomatoes
- 1/4 C. of diced cucumber
- 6 pita breads
- 6 lettuce leaves
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, mayonnaise, cream cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cut the pita breads in half, line each with a lettuce leaf, spoon in the chicken mayonnaise mixture and you are done!
