  • 12-Inch Pre-Baked Pizza Crust
  • ½ Cup of Sliced Red Onion
  • 1 Shredded Chicken Breast
  • 1 Cup of Arugula
  • 1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Cup of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup of Tomato Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon of Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Melted Butter

Begin by preheating your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and pouring the olive oil into a large skillet. Start cooking ½ of the onions and all of the shredded chicken in the olive oil over a medium-high heat for about 10 minutes or until the onions have browned. In a separate saucepan, begin mixing your tomato paste with the garlic salt, pepper, and oregano over a medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Next, roll out your crust and brush the melted butter over it. Spread the sauce first, then sprinkle the chicken and the cooked onions over the sauce. Pour the cheddar and mozzarella cheese over everything and top it with arugula. Bake it in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese has browned along the edges and enjoy warm!
