  • 1 cup canned chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup pancake mix or baking mix
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder

Preheat the oven to 400F. In a pie baking dish, mix together the veggies, chicken and soup. Stir in the seasonings to taste. In a bowl, mix together the pancake mix, milk and egg. Stir until well blended and pour over the chicken mix in the pan. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
