Serving Size / Yield
- Flour tortillas
- 2 Chicken Breasts, Cooked and Diced
- 1 Cup Mexican Cheese
- Green Onion, chopped
Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat.
Add in one tortilla and put chicken, cheese, and onions on top.
Place another tortilla over that.
Brown one side and flip and brown the other.
When cheese has melted removed from the pan.
Cut into four pieces.
