Chicken Ranch Spread

This is one of the quickest recipes to make for unexpected guests.  Takes only a few minutes to put it together.  I gave it to my granddaughter to take to college with her and now she and her roommates keep it on hand at all times.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 15 oz. can white meat chicken
  • 3-5 Tbs. sour cream

Directions

Soften the cream cheese and mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Best left in fridge for an hour or so. Serve with assorted crackers.
