Chicken Ranch Spread or Dip
- 2 blocks cream cheese, softened
- 6 Tbs. light ranch dressing (any brand)
- 10 baby carrots
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 2 chicken breasts, poached (add parsley and onion powder to pouching liquid)
- 2 pieces celery heart
- 4 grinds black pepper
- 1 tsp. onion powder
Pouch chicken. I usually do this in the microwave.
Combine half of the ingredients at a time in a food processor. Process second batch and mix with first batch.
Place in serving plate and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Decorate with canned sliced black olives.Â
