Chicken Reuben Sandwich
- 2-4 Hoagie buns toasted with butter
- rotisserie chicken
- swiss cheese
- sweet cole slaw with mayonnaise and vinegar
- Vidalia Onion Dressing
Pre- toast buns and set aside. Remove skin from chicken and debone. Layer chicken, swiss cheese, then cole slaw and top with onion dressing. Toast in a panini pan for 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with soft round-cut fries.
