  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Garlic, salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 C. rice uncooked
  • 2 C. water
  • 1 Onion, sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chicken breasts with garlic, salt and pepper. In large bowl, combine soup, uncooked rice, and water. Place seasoned chicken in large glass baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken. Add sliced onion on top. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
