  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup uncooked regular brown rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup frozen carrots, sliced
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Stir soup, water, brown rice, onion powder and carrots in 12-by-8-inch shallow baking dish. Add chicken. Season chicken as desired. Cover dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
