This is a low carb take on an old family favorite. The flavors remain the same, but with less carbs and the brown rice makes this guilt-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can fat free cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 C. uncooked brown rice
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 C. water

Directions

In a 9x13 pan, combine the soups, water, onion soup packet and brown rice. Mix together thoroughly using a whisk. Place the chicken breasts on top. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
