Chicken & Rice Delight

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C. uncooked converted rice
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- dried parsley
- black pepper
- one 1.8-oz. pkg. cream of broccoli soup mix
- one 14-oz. can chicken broth
Directions
Place rice in a lightly greased slow cooker. Cut chicken into slices and place over rice. Sprinkle with parsley and black pepper. In a saucepan, combine soup mix, chicken broth, and 1 cup water. Heat just enough to mix well. Pour over chicken and rice. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
