Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breast (grilled and cubed)
- Fresh spring baby greens
- Parmesan or grated monzerello
- Olive oil dressing
- Grapes
- Watermelon, cut into small wedges
- Clementines, cut into halves
- Tomatoes, cut into small chunks
- Green onions, chopped
- Seeds from sunflowers
- Cucumber, sliced
- Celery, small chunks
Directions
Grill chicken on top of stove in skillet to till fully cooked, then cut into cubes.Layer plates with lots of fresh spring baby greens. Add to that tomatoes, onions, seeds, parmesan, cucmbers, celery and salad oil. Then sprinkle with your choice of grated mozzarella or parmesan
along the outside edges. Add watermelon pieces and clementines.
