Chicken Salad Stuffed Bread

- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 lb. chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 1 1/2 C. Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 green onion, sliced thin
- 2 C. Ranch dressing
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and prepare a baking sheet. Slice the French bread almost all the way in half until it folds open. Place it on the baking sheet. Combine the chicken, cheese, green onions, and ranch dressing in a large bowl. Spread the mixture over the bread and press the halves back together. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted. Let the bread stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
