Chicken Salad Wraps

Quick, easy and yummy lunch or snack. We love these and you can alter them to suit your personal taste.

Ingredients

4 pkg. oven roasted chicken, chopped
1/2 C. chopped dill pickles
1/4 C. chopped jalepeano peppers
1 can sliced black olives, drained
Mayonnaise
Pepper rings
Swiss cheese
Fried bacon
Wheat tortillas

Directions

Chop chicken, peppers and pickles, add drained olives. Mix with mayonnaise until covered. Place about 3/4 C. on tortillia, top with pepper rings, swiss cheese and a slice of bacon.

Variation: These can be made with turkey also, but I only use oven roast turkey or chicken. I don't like it with honey or smoked turkey. You may of course.
