  • 1 T. salt
  • 1 T. pepper
  • 1 T. minced garlic
  • 1 T. chipotle powder
  • 1 ½ C. chicken broth
  • 6 toasted buns
  • Lettuce
  • Jalapeno
  • Bacon, cooked

Rub the chicken breasts down with a blend of all of the spices. Place the chicken in a crockpot. Pour in the chicken broth, and cook on high for 4 – 5 hours. If the liquid is evaporating too quickly, you can add additional chicken broth or water as needed.
