Chicken Soup with Kamut Spirals

Ingredients
- water
- 4 chicken breasts, cut up into pieces
- 1 handful fresh celery leaves
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 4 fresh garlic cloves, chopped
- 5 lg. carrots
- salt
- pepper
- 5 whole allspice
- 2 bay leaves
Directions
Simmer water in a large pot. Add 4 chicken breasts, fresh celery leaves, onion, chopped fresh garlic cloves and carrots. Add salt and pepper, allspice and bay leaves. Then simmer for about four or so hours. Then let it cool and drain the broth into another pan. Cook the pasta separately, according to package and add as much as you’d like into the soup.
