Chicken Soup with Shells

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1/2 C. halved pitted ripe olives
- 1 tsp. prepared minced garlic
- three 14-oz. cans chicken broth
- one 15-oz. can Italian stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 C. uncooked small shell pasta
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients except shell pasta and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours. About 30 minutes before serving, add pasta and stir. Increase heat to high and cook another 20-30 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
