  • 6 chicken breast cutlets, cubed
  • 8oz frozen spinach, chopped and cooked according to package
  • 4oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4oz cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 box bow tie pasta

Preheat the oven to 450F. Mix the spinach and cheese together with garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat the olive oil in an oven proof skillet and add the chicken. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes. Remove the chicken with a slotted spoon, pour the spinach mix into the bottom of the skillet, top with chicken and bake for 10 minutes. Cook the pasta according to box and drain. Serve the spinach and chicken over pasta.
