  • 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into squares
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • ¼ cup celery, sliced
  • 4 potatoes, cubed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1½ cup water

Place the cream of chicken into the crockpot and mix in the carrots, celery and potatoes. Top that with chicken and the second can of coup. Add the water and top it with the onion mix. Cook for 8 hours on low.
