Chicken Stew Mexican Style

Add some spice to your chicken stew this time by making it a Mexican style stew.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cut very small
  • 1 (15 oz.) can mild salsa
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker/Crock Pot. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
