Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 3 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- l-2 regular peppers, any color
- 1 onion
- 1 can mushrooms
- 3 C. rice
- 1 bottle soy sauce or teryiaki sauce
- Chicken seasoning
- 1 can cooking spray
Directions
Fry chicken in skillet with soy sauce adding spices to taste. Sautee peppers, onion and mushrooms together. For the rice take drippings from chicken, mixed with water and fry, add spices to taste. When all is done put on plate in the following order:rice, then chicken and follow that with the stir fry.
