Chicken Stuffed Cannelloni

- 1 package cannelloni shells
- 4 C. finely chopped chicken, chopped
- 1 C. cream cheese
- 1 C. spinach
- 1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350° degrees F. In a bowl combine the chicken and garlic. Once chicken appears to be completely seasoned, add the spinach, cream cheese, and mozzarella. Spoon the mixture into the shells. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with coconut cooking spray. Cover it with your favorite pasta sauce and let it bake for 25 minutes.
