Chicken, Stuffing, and Veggies

Ingredients
- one 10-oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 2 ribs celery, sliced
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 3 C. cooked, cubed chicken
- one 16-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, corn, and red peppers
- one 8-oz. box cornbread stuffing mix
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken soup, celery, butter, cubed chicken, vegetables, stuffing mix, and 1/3 cup water. Mix well and transfer to a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
