3-6 servings

Ingredients

  • one 10-oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 ribs celery, sliced
  • 1/2 C. butter, melted
  • 3 C. cooked, cubed chicken
  • one 16-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, corn, and red peppers
  • one 8-oz. box cornbread stuffing mix

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken soup, celery, butter, cubed chicken, vegetables, stuffing mix, and 1/3 cup water.  Mix well and transfer to a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker.  Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
