Chicken Teriyaki in a Flash
Serving Size / Yield
- 1/2 bottle honey sesame teriyaki marinade
- boneless chicken breasts
- 1 bag frozen stir fry vegetables
- 1 bag rice, cooked
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Cut boneless chicken into little pieces. Pour marinade over and stir fry until chicken is done. In another pan, sautee frozen stir fry vegetables and mushrooms, and then add the chicken to the mixture when done. Serve atop cooked rice with soy sauce.
