Chicken Thighs in a Spicy-Sweet Sauce

- 2 lbs. chicken thighs
- 3/4 C. chili sauce
- 3/4 C. packed brown sugar
- one 1.3-oz. envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Spray a 5-quart slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray and arrange chicken pieces in the bottom of the cooker. Combine chili sauce, brown sugar, dry onion soup mix, cayenne pepper, and 1/4 cup water. Spoon over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
