Chicken Tortellini Soup
Ingredients
- 4 C. chicken broth
- 1 8-oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken (chicken breast on bone is the best)
- 1 9-oz. bag Tortellini
- 3 Tbs. parsley
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 3-4 drops hot sauce
Directions
Boil chicken until done. Let cool and shred. In large pot, add broth, soup, parsley, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add chicken and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add tortellini and simmer for 7 more minutes. Serve with Parmesan crisps.
