Chicken/Turkey Biscuit Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 C. cooked turkey or chicken cut in bite size pieces
- 1 10 oz. pkg frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 2 pkg. gravy mix
- Biscuits or rolls, enough to cover entire 13x9 pan
Directions
Cook gravy as directed on package. Mix in vegetables and meat. Stir and cook 1 minute. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Place biscuits on top, covering pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the tops of the rolls/biscuit are lightly browned. Time will vary depending on the type of biscuit/rolls you use.
