Chicken-Veggie Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 C. milk
- 2 Tbs. instant minced onion
- 2 C. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 1/2 C. cut-up cooked chicken
- 2 C. Bisquick mix
- 1/4 C. sliced green onion
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 egg
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a 3-qt. saucepan heat soup, milk and instant minced onion to boiling , stirring constantly. Stir in vegetables and chicken. Pour into a non greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown and soup is bubbly.
