Chicken with Feta Stuffing

Ingredients
- 2 fryers
- 1 lb. feta cheese, cut in cubs
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 C. olive oil
- 1 C. water
- 1 lb. chicken livers
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 block butter
Directions
Wash chickens. Rub with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cut chicken livers in half, and place in bowl. Add cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and seasonings. Let stand to marinate for 1 hour. Then stuff chickens, and secure firmly with skewers. Arrange in baking pan. Add water and butter. Bake in oven at 375 degrees, basting and turning chickens frequently until cooked.
