Chicken with Rice

Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken thighs
- two 15-oz. cans Italian stewed tomatoes
- one 16-oz. pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
- 2 C. uncooked long-grain rice
- one 0.28-oz. pkg. yellow rice seasoning mix
- two 14-oz. cans chicken broth
- 1 heaping tsp. prepared minced garlic
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
Directions
In a large crockpot sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, combine all ingredients plus 3/4 cup water. Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
