Chickpea & Nut Party Salad

Ingredients
- 3 C. cooked chickpeas
- 1 C. sliced celery
- 1 C. chopped cauliflower
- 1/4 C. diced green onion
- 2 Tbs. sliced pimento
- 1/3 C. roasted cashews
- 1/3 C. macadamia nuts
- 1/3 C. sunflower seeds
- 1/4 C. crisp cooked crumbled bacon
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1 C. prepared Hidden Valley ranch dressing
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1 sm. clove garlic, minced
Directions
Rinse peas in hot water and drain. Combine vegetables, nuts and bacon with sour cream. Mix prepared dressing, mustard and garlic together. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently. Chill salad for an hour before serving.
