  • 1/4 C. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 C. cranberry seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. dill relish
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped dill
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • black pepper, to taste

Combine the garbanzo beans, pecans, cranberry seeds, relish, onion, dill, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Toss well to combine. Season with pepper and chill until it is time to serve. Spread over spinach leaves to serve if desired.
