Chili Bean Dip

This vegetarian appetizer has lots of flavor and you can serve it with almost anything.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 C. cooked kidney beans
  • 1 Tbs. vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/8 small onion, finely chopped
  • Raw vegetable sticks

Directions

Drain beans. Place drained beans, vinegar, chili powder, and cumin in a bowl. Blend or mash until smooth. Stir in onion. Serve with raw vegetables such as green pepper, carrots, green beans, celery, broccoli flowers, and tomato, or with crackers.
