Chili Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 C. cooked kidney beans
- 1 Tbs. vinegar
- 3/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/8 small onion, finely chopped
- Raw vegetable sticks
Directions
Drain beans. Place drained beans, vinegar, chili powder, and cumin in a bowl. Blend or mash until smooth. Stir in onion. Serve with raw vegetables such as green pepper, carrots, green beans, celery, broccoli flowers, and tomato, or with crackers.
