  • 2 lb. ground beef chuck
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 packet chili seasoning
  • 1 can tomato sauce

Cook the beef in a pot over medium. Stir 8 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook 5 minutes. Add the chili seasoning, tomato sauce, and 2 cups water. Stir until well combined. Add the beef back in and simmer for about 30 minutes until thickened. Garnish with green onions, corn kernels, or your choice of fresh ingredients.
