Chili Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 15-oz. cans chili (no beans)
- 2 15-oz. cans chili (with beans)
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 med. onion, diced
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, sliced
- 1 1/2 C. Fritos corn chips, finely crushed
- cooking spray
Directions
Saute bell pepper and onions, set aside. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer casserole in this order:
1st layer: chili with beans, bell pepper, onion, Velveeta
2nd layer: chili without beans, crushed corn chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
