Chili Cheese Fries

This makes part of a meal out of just french fries. Kids will love them; you'll like them because they are simple to make. You can use commercial chili con carne (Spanish meaning "Chili with meat") or homemade chili. You can add shredded cheese if you would like. These fries taste better when left over night and then nuked the next day. This allows the chili seasoning to marinate through the fries.
