Chili Con Campbell's

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans light red kidney beans
- 1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 Tbs. vinegar
- chili powder
Directions
In skillet, brown ground beef with chopped pieces of onion and green pepper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and some garlic powder. Brown all together until the veggies have softened and then drain. Put in 2-qt. pan and add the soup and kidney beans. Do not drain the kidney beans. Add 1 Tbs. vinegar and 1 can of water to mixture. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.Add chili powder to taste.
