Slow-cooked for chili-dogs worthy of the state fair

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbs. onion powder
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 16 oz. chili sauce
  • 4 hotdogs
  • 4 hotdog buns
  • 1 C. Cheddar cheese
  • Chopped green onions

In a small skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Place in slow cooker and sprinkle onion powder and garlic over beef. Pour chili sauce over beef. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours and spoon over cooked hotdogs in buns. Top with Cheddar cheese and green onions and serve.
