  • 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ΒΌ cup olive oil
  • 5 sliced garlic clothes
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 lemons
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

In saucepan over medium heat, combine the oil, pepper flakes, chili powder, and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Whisk in the mustard and then move to a bowl. Add the shrimp to the oil mixture. Slice 1 of the lemons and add to the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper and toss the shrimp. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Heat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the shrimp and lemon slices for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill and squeeze the other lemon over everything. Serve and enjoy!
