Chili Nachos

This is a great snack or game day treat! Make it as spicy or as mild as you'd like.

  • one 15-oz. can of chili
  • 1 1/2 C. shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 2 C. chopped tomato
  • 1 C. refrigerated guacamole
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1/2 C. chunky salsa
  • 1/4 C. chopped cilantro

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Place tortilla chips around a 9x13 inch baking pan and top with chili and cheese.  Place pan in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.  Take pan out of oven and add tomatoes, guacamole, and sour cream.  Add salsa over the top and sprinkle with cilantro.
