Chili Oil
Ingredients
- 1/4 C. small dried red chilies
- 3 3/4 C. vegetable oil or olive oil
Directions
Wash chilies and place them in a 1-liter bottle. Add oil. Seal and leave in a cool, bright (but not sunny) place for a month or so. After a month, check the pepper intensity. When it is hot enough for you, store in the refrigerator.
