Chili-Roni
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 envelope chili seasoning mix
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1/2 C. chopped green bell pepper
- 1 16 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 3/4 C. water
- 2 C. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1/2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain. Add next 5 ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add cooked macaroni and simmer another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
