This is a spicy way to grill a steak! Show your family that you are a grill master and cook these steaks up with a side of potatoes and salad.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. beef, flank steak, lean, braised
  • 2 Tbs. chili powder
  • 2 Tbs. Splenda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. coriander
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/8 tsp. ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. thyme
  • 1/8 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

Combine all the spices and mix thoroughly Trim the meat of any and all fat. Pound with a meat mallet to 1/2 thickness. Lightly rub meat with olive oil and rub generously with the chili rub. Slice into thin strips across the grain. Roll into pinwheels and secure with skewers. Place on a hot grill or large skillet and cook until done to liking.
