Juicy and sweet this recipe is a different take on making steak. Glazed with honey and sprinkled with thyme, this makes quite a satisfying meal.

  • 3 lb boneless sirloin steak
  • ¾ C olive oil
  • 1 C soy sauce
  • ¾ C honey
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbs curry powder
  • Dried thyme

Add the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, curry powder and a little bit of thyme into a bowl and mix well. Then slowly whisk in the honey.

Place the steak pieces on a lined baking tray and pour the marinade over the meat. Seal the tray with some cling wrap and let the meat sit for about 2 hours.

Just before it is ready to be cooked, preheat the oven to 375 F. Cook one side or 15 minutes then flip and cook the other side for another 15 minutes or cook until desired doneness.

Serve with a side of roasted vegetables.
