Chili's-Inspired Seasoned Salmon with Mango Salsa

- 1 mango; diced
- 1 tomato; diced
- 1 avocado; diced
- 1 lime; juiced
- 2 pieces fresh salmon fillets
- Cayenne Pepper
- Cajun Spice
- Dried Thyme
- Dried Basil
- Olive oil
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Prepare a large enough baking tray and line it with tin foil.
Season the fish with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, cajun spice, dried thyme, basil and olive oil. Ensure that the fish is well coated all around.
Arrange the fillets onto the baking tray and let it cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, add the chopped mangoes, avocados and tomatoes into a bowl. Add in the lime juice and a little bit of olive oil; mix well.
Once the fish is cooked. Lay 1 fillet on a serving plate and serve with the mango salsa on the side.
