  • 5 C. fresh blueberries
  • 1 C. orange juice
  • ½ C. cup sugar
  • 1/3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 C. half-and-half

Place everything but the half-and-half in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the soup from the heat.
Plus the mixture in a blender until smooth. Cover and chill the soup for at least 2 hours. Right before serving, stir in the half and half.
