  • 1 ½ C. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2/3 C. peanut butter, divided
  • 3 T. sugar
  • 3 T. butter, melted
  • Dash salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 C. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping, divided
  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 ½ C. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, sugar, melted butter, and salt. Once well blended, press along the bottom of a baking dish. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and set aside to cool. In a separate large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together cream cheese and peanut butter. Gradually add in powdered sugar and 1 cup of your whipped topping. When your crust has cooled, spread mixture on top. In a bowl, beat together pudding mix and milk until thick and combined. Layer on top of peanut butter filling, top with remaining whipped topping, and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
