  • Chimichurri: (Can also buy premade)
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 3-4 Minced, Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Finely Chopped Shallot
  • 1 Red Jalapeño
  • ½ Cup Minced Cilantro
  • ½ Cup Minced Parsley
  • 2 tbsp. Oregano
  • ¾ Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 lb. Sliced Flank Steak

Being by rubbing the steak well with chimichurri to marinate. Throw onto an oiled pan and cook 3-4 minutes per slice. When cooked through top with chimichurri and serve with French fries.
