  • 2 lb. chuck roast, sliced
  • 6 oz. chow mein noodles, uncooked
  • 2 C. condensed chicken and veggie soup (noodle-free)
  • 1 C. beef broth
  • 1 C. warm water
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 4 oz. teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbs. ground ginger,
  • parsley, for garnish

In crockpot, add meat slices, salt and then uncooked noodles on top of meat. Add beef broth, water, vegetables, sour cream, and mushroom soup. Cover and cook on medium for at least 6 to 7 hours. Pour in casserole dish and then serve. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
