Chinese Deviled Eggs

If you like deviled eggs, try this one with mushroom sauce, soy sauce, and ginger.

  • 4 to 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. mushroom sauce
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 2 Tbs. paprika

After peeling hard-boiled eggs, cut them the long way. Rinse and core the yolk. Mix yolk with mushroom sauce, soy sauce, ginger and paprika. Stuff the whites. Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
