Chinese Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 4 to 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. mushroom sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 2 Tbs. paprika
Directions
After peeling hard-boiled eggs, cut them the long way. Rinse and core the yolk. Mix yolk with mushroom sauce, soy sauce, ginger and paprika. Stuff the whites. Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
